Insurance against damage

Hireall canberra offers optional damage insurance, this "shifts" the responsability of any damage(but does not cover missing or stolen items) to the hired items back to hireall. It's a small premium from just 10% of the total of the invoice.
Without this cover, damages to our equiptment for what ever reason will be charged to the person that hired the items to their full repair or replacements costs.
we highly recommend the "damage insurance option".
Please note we will not "deal" with a third party (like the person who may have damaged our equiptment or an insurance company), we will only deal with the person that hired the items from us, this is the person we will seek costs from , we will leave the pleasure of dealing with a third party to the person that hired the items from us
Note :mising or stolen or not returned items are NOT covered by this or any other insurance we offer and as such any and all missing items must be paid for within3 working days to avoid adding to the cost of the replacement within 3 working days or additional hire charges will be added to that replacement cost.
